The Problem We Solve
South Africa’s unemployment challenge is structural rather than cyclical. Many learners receive little or no structured career guidance, while the future workforce increasingly requires new skills and pathways. This results in fragmented guidance, fragmented funding, and fragmented pathways into meaningful employment. YAT exists to address this gap by building scalable career infrastructure that connects education, technology, and industry.
